We take your privacy seriously. Here we explain clearly what data we process, why, and what rights you have. Processing complies with the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll.

What data we process
- The name or nickname you enter (shown in the results).
- E-mail — only if you voluntarily provide it (we currently don't even ask for it in the game).
- Your answers in the game — settings and comparisons of your relationship expectations.
- Technical cookies necessary for the app to work (session, possibly preview unlock).
We recommend entering only a first name or a nickname — please don't enter full names or other people's data.
Sensitive data
Some answers (for example about sexuality) may constitute a special category of personal data under Art. 9 GDPR. We process them solely on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before you submit the game, and only to show the comparison to you and the other person. The service is intended for users 16 or older; if we learn we hold data of someone younger, we delete it. You can withdraw consent at any time (see “Your rights”).
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data only to provide the game and the comparison. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of the service you requested. We do not use the data for profiling or advertising and we do not sell it. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects (Art. 22 GDPR); the match score is only a light, indicative game.
Who the data is shared with
We do not share the data with third parties for marketing. Our processors are the hosting provider on whose servers the app runs (
WebSupport, s. r. o., Bratislava, within the EU) and — only with your consent —
Google (Google Analytics; may involve processing in the USA) for anonymous usage statistics.
The heart of the game is a comparison between two people: the values you reveal in the game are seen by the other participant of the connection — including any sensitive answers. You decide what and when to reveal; answers you don't reveal stay hidden. This mutual disclosure is part of the purpose you consent to.
If you use the optional AI assistant (the comment on your result and the chat), the message you send and a minimised view of your result — coarse labels of where you align or differ, never your raw answers and never sensitive topics — are processed by Anthropic, PBC (USA) through our own gateway to generate the reply. This means a transfer to the USA and processing under Anthropic's terms; we send only the necessary minimum (never your raw answers, never sensitive topics) and ask for your separate consent each time. We do not use it for profiling or advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep the data while the game is active, but no longer than 12 months from the last activity, after which we delete it. Specifically: anonymous comparisons (without an account) are deleted automatically after 12 months; data tied to an account (comparisons, profile cards, connections) is kept for as long as the account exists — you can delete it, together with everything in it, at any time yourself; early-access e-mail addresses are deleted after 12 months too. We will delete anything sooner at your request.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and the right to object. You can withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing).
To erase your data or withdraw consent, e-mail sietdobra@sietdobra.sk and include the link to your game (or the name you used) so we can find it; we will delete it within 30 days. If you believe we process your data incorrectly, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the SR (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, www.dataprotection.gov.sk).
Cookies
We use necessary cookies for the app to work (e.g. storing the session and language) — these need no consent. In addition, only if you agree in the cookie banner, we use analytics cookies (Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Ltd.) to see anonymously how the app is used and improve it; this may involve processing in the USA. You can decline and analytics stays off. We use no advertising cookies and we do not sell data.
Changes
We may update this notice. The version published on this page always applies.
